EDI@T: Goals and Objectives

  • Identify training opportunities related to EDI, such as biases awareness training, anti-racism;
  • Identify current and potential issues that need to be addressed, such as workplace toxicity;
  • Provide the appropriate supports and resources, for example, related to mental health, identifying bursary opportunities for underrepresented groups;
  • Provide mentoring plans for underrepresented groups; and
  • Foster a safe and welcoming environment for LGBTQ2+ members
